The First Reunion

 

November 2001

 

I now have it on 'good authority', namely Gerald Marsh, who, at the time of the discovery, was rummaging through his drawers, came across paperwork relating to that evening, confirming that the first ever reunion of the 'Year of '58' was held at the George Hotel, Chepstow on November 27th 2001.

 

Gerald has advised that on that evening there were in fact ten attendees, namely, and in no particular order: -

Cheryl Knight; Chris Knight, John Lewis; Shirley Lewis; Gerald Marsh; Alan Monday; Peter Phillips; Richard Stapley; Rosemary Thomas and Brian Tuite.

 

Gerald also advised me that he does have 'The Attendance Register' for that evening and will pass on the information when we next meet so, hopefully I will be able to add more details to this page.

 

I have included on this page photographs of the above named folks who attended on November 27th 2001 albeit the photographs were taken at least twelve months later at the reunion of 2002.
